Bimetal 304 316 Stainless Steel Hex Head Dual Thread Self Drilling Screws | #3 Tail
Bimetal 304 316 Stainless Steel Hex Head Dual Thread Self Drilling Screws are developed around a combination of three distinct features: a bimetal construction, a hexagonal head, and a dual-thread body.
The hex head provides a familiar external drive configuration for wrench or socket installation. Along the screw body, the dual-thread arrangement gives the fastener a different thread profile from conventional single-thread self drilling screws.
At the lower end, the #3 drilling point forms the connection between the screw body and the drilling section. The bimetal construction uses 304 or 316 stainless steel for the main body together with a steel drilling section.
This configuration can be supplied for metal sheet fastening, steel components, equipment assembly, construction systems, and other applications where the specified screw geometry is required.
Different thread arrangements, screw lengths, diameters, drilling point specifications, and packaging options can be supplied according to customer requirements.
